- Cottage rates are single or double occupancy.
- $35.00 for each additional person in suitable cottages. Rates are subject to change without notice and to current city occupancy tax. Unregistered guests may be charged a day fee of $20.00 per person and MUST vacate the property from 10:00 PM until 9:00 AM.
- Two nights required most weekends; Fri, Sat, and Sun, and Holidays.
- Advanced payment is due when the reservation is made; on a one night stay full payment, two nights the higher rate if applicable, and half payment for over two nights.
- We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- Refund policy: if you give us seven days cancellation or thirty days on major holidays and special events, we will refund your advance payment less $10.00 per day processing fee. If you cancel with less than seven days notice you will be charged for those nights if we cannot re-rent the cottage.
- Check in time: 3:00-7:00 p.m.
- Check out time: 11:00 a.m.
- Smoking permitted in deck and garden areas only.
- We regret that we cannot accept children under the age of 12.
- Dogs: We welcome small non-shedding dogs (10 lbs. or less). Guests must inquire if available, pre-register their dog and agree to pet policies. We are happy to provide towels, a blanket, dishes, treats, and a bed for your little one(s) while visiting us; $25 for one or $40 for two per day.
- Dock hours for boats: 6:00 AM until 8:00 PM.
- We reserve the right to hold guests liable for damages caused in, on or around premises during their stay, including but not limited to, bedding, mattresses, furniture, etc.
