Relax in one of our ten
spacious and enchanting cottages, elegantly appointed with art,
Victorian antiques, and comfortable furnishings. All cottages have
private entrances, beautifully equipped kitchens with microwave, private bath,
cable TV, VCR or DVD, CD player, direct dial phone, deck, air conditioning, and
access to pool, beach, dock, and enclosed spa. For your convenience
fine toiletries, robes, hair dryers, iron and ironing board are provided
in each cottage. Make your stay memorable at one of the most
decadent bed and breakfasts in Lake County.

sunsets from the entire cottage and a private deck. A romantic

ceiling. This cozy gem has a partial lake and garden view
from the bedroom, kitchen (no stove) and the private deck, includes
a comfy queen-sized iron bed with fan light above, and a winged
back chair. Bathroom includes a tiled custom shower. Sleeps

Guests Comments
Policies:
- Cottage rates are from $125.00 to $195.00 a night single or double occupancy,
$35.00 for each additional person in suitable cottages. Rates are subject to change without
notice and to current city occupancy tax. Unregistered guests
staying more than 30 minutes will be charged a day fee of $20.00
per person and MUST vacate the property from 10:00 PM until 9:00
AM.
- Two night minimum required on weekends; Fri, Sat, and Sun,
and Holidays.
(Additional $25.00 for one night stays.)
- Full advanced payment is due when the reservation is made on
a one night stay,
one night on a two nights stay (higher night rate if applicable)
or half payment for over two nights.
- We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover.
- Refund policy: if you give us seven days cancellation or thirty days on major holidays and special events,
we will refund your advance payment less $10.00 per day processing fee. If you cancel with less than seven days notice you will
be charged for those nights if we cannot re-rent the cottage.
- Check in time: 3:00-7:00 p.m. Check out time:
11:00 a.m.
- Smoking permitted in deck and garden areas only.
- We regret that we cannot accept children under the age of
12.
- NO pets. A $150.00 per day pet fee will be applied for
guests not complying
with policy.
- Dock hours for boats: 6:00 AM until 8:00 PM. For nearby and
over night docking please call Holiday Harbor for slip
information at (707)274-1136.
- Gift certificates available.
- We reserve the right to hold guests liable for damages caused in, on or around premises during their stay, including but not limited to, bedding, mattresses, furniture, etc.
